Certified by the Brazilian Coaching Institute (IBC), whose CEO José Roberto Marques is a reference in the world of coaching in Brazil. My first experience was applying my knowledge in my personal life, working as a banker for over 17 years, I wanted to develop work with people. This took shape naturally, providing personalized services, and I began to notice a mutual benefit.

I have been working in this area since 2020, while also taking more in-depth training in the areas of human development, business and currently Marketing. I have been forming small groups whose objective is to monitor the progress of my mentees.
